How much does a session cost?
The first session is $200 and all following sessions are $175.
What types of payment are accepted?
Cash, Check, all major credit cards, HSA cards
Do you accept insurance?
Dana is in network with Aetna and Tricare only.
What would my copay be?
Copays vary depending on your personal insurance plan. Please check with your insurance provider to determine the amount of your deductible and copay.
Do you provide a sliding scale?
No. However, if you are experiencing financial hardship, please speak to Dana about a payment plan.
How frequent are sessions?
The number and frequency of sessions is determined by the needs of each client. Treatment is individualized per client.
Do you provide telehealth?
Yes. Telehealth is provided through the client portal which is secure and HIPAA approved.
Can I schedule sessions online?
Yes. However, availability is limited on the client portal. Please speak with Dana if you do not see any available appointments within 2 weeks as she has availability outside of the client portal hours.
